What Is Group Training?
Group Training with me isn’t about competition—it’s about connection. I’ve seen firsthand how much easier it is to stay motivated when you’ve got a team behind you, and I love creating that kind of supportive space.These seasonal programs are designed for real women with real lives who want structure, motivation, and encouragement while working toward a shared goal.
Whether you’re training for a 5K, staying active during a busy season, or just want to try something new, I’ll meet you where you are and help you move forward—together.

- Modifications for all fitness levels—no experience needed
- Weekly check-ins and motivation from me

Nope! While some events may be local, all programs are designed to work remotely too.
